I had a great experience here and will absolutely be coming back! What stood out most to me was that their customer service is amazing. I was nervous as a first time customer, but everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I was given solid advice on what would work best for me. They also offer online order pick-up and home delivery services, which is amazing.

Hi fidelity has great customer service and considerate staff. I’ve been there on various occasions and have been able to get in and out very quickly. They have super reasonable pricing and great quality products. The king Louis pre roll and their wax selection are both notable! Thank you Hi Fi team for everything!

I've been purchasing from High Fidelity on Telegraph Ave since they opened. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff—good products and reasonable prices. They also have senior discounts and daily special options. My favorite edible is the Tara chocolate covered blueberries. Just don't eat too many at once! :)

Wow! This place really nails it. They have an amazing selection of flowers, concentrates, edibles, prerolls -- even bath and pet products! Everything Hi-Fidelity sells is beautifully displayed in wall cases with informative descriptions that make it super inviting for the less-informed consumer. There is always a staff member available to answer questions as well. To top it off, EVERYTHING in the store is 10% for the entire month of June! Come check this place out before the whole neighborhood finds out about it.

Clean store in a great location with a nice variety of product. Particularlyimpressed with the vape, edible and cbd selections. Staff is helpful and pre tax prices are good. Nice variety of edibles and drinks including Two Roots Cannabis Beer!
